Branch Locator
Use any of the following methods to find the CO-OP location nearest to you:
- Search sharedbranching.org by ZIP code, address, or city
- Download the iPhone® or Android™ app
- Text a ZIP code to 91989 (SB = Shared Branch, SBX = Shared Branch Express)

IDCheck
If you bank at a Shared Branch location, a teller can now identify and authenticate members with out-of-state IDs in the branch through a QR code and one-time passcode multi-factor authentication verification.
How it Works:
- Scan the QR code located in the branch or visit verify.coop.org.
- Select your credit union’s name from a drop-down list.
- Enter your member number and the last four digits of your social security number.
- Upload a photo of your ID.
- Take a selfie. Tip: Save your validation for an even quicker experience next time!
- Show your one-time passcode to the teller (passcode is valid for 20 minutes).
NOTE: Austin FCU requires IDCheck for all Shared Branching withdrawals performed by guest members at our outlet. Each individual shared branching outlet sets their own restrictions for this service, and Austin FCU is unable to override these settings.
