Credit Card Dispute

For unauthorized transactions on your account or unsuccessful merchant disputes, fill out the form below to start a credit card dispute. For unauthorized transactions, first call (888) 241-2510 immediately to cancel your card, then complete the dispute form.

An Austin FCU representative will email you within 1-2 business days about next steps. Note that disputes should only be used when no authorization was given or after failed communication with the merchant. Questions? Call us at (512) 444-6419 or (800) 950-8143.

Please be aware that this dispute process is not intended to supersede any agreement you may have with a merchant for a recurring transaction. This dispute process also does not automatically cancel your debit card. If you have reason to believe your card or card information has been stolen, please call (800) 472-3272 to cancel your card immediately. Upon review of your claim, an Austin FCU representative will contact you using the phone number and/or email that are listed on your Austin FCU account to complete the dispute process.
